Refunds and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, we want to make it right. If you are not satisfied with our Lyfe Brew products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs (if applicable) within 30 days of the product received date. Product must be returned to receive a refund. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

  • To receive a refund or replacement on any product(s), please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via contact@lyfrebrew.com. Our team will be happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.  
  • We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased more than 30 days from the date of request or from any location other than lyfebrew.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required. 
  • Customers are responsible for confirming order details including shipping address before submitting their order. 
  • Please note that due to our team’s order processing speed, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once it has been submitted. 
  • Additional shipping fees and original shipping costs may not be refundable. 
  • If you'd like to return your order, any return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. 
  • If there are any issues receiving your order, such as carrier delays or a missing package, we ask that you notify our team immediately and we'd be happy to assist. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/replacement/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team's discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
